    Carey Sherman, MS is a Nutrition Practitioner and Certified International Health Coach with a passion for helping women optimize their health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle counseling. With a focus on prenatal and postpartum nutrition, Carey provides new and expecting mothers with nutritional knowledge and support, so they feel empowered to confidently nourish their bodies during pregnancy, following childbirth, and throughout their motherhood journey.

    Carey earned her Master of Science in Nutrition Education from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a focus on Neuroscience, from Tulane University. She has an extensive background in integrative nutrition, hormonal health, childhood nutrition, blood sugar management, behavior change strategies, and community health education. Currently, Carey is working towards board certification for her Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®) credential, the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners. In spring 2023, she will earn her Prenatal Nutrition Specialist certification from the Institute for Prenatal Nutrition. 

    As the proud mother of three young children, including twins, Carey understands the incredible rewards, demands and challenges of motherhood. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, and helps women develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for them to increase energy, improve gut health, rebalance hormones, and replenish their bodies.
