    She utilizes evidence-based research and goal setting skills gained as a Healthcare Executive, and Certified John Maxwell Coach and Trainer: Hands on nursing skills and knowledge gained as a cross trained Labor and Delivery, Nursery and Post-Partum RN; and holistic health experience acquired as a practitioner in various alternative health practices (Reiki and Reflexology). Gladys truly believes that each mom, baby, and situation is different. Her primary focus is to listen and learn what your desires, goals and expectations are, and work with you to achieve your definition of success.

     

    She feels blessed and honored to be able to assist infants get connected to the nutrition that nature intended for them. Should modifications be needed she is able to assist in developing plans and implementing strategies that are individualized and work for you and your baby’s healthiest outcome.

     

    She highly recommends connecting with a consultant and developing a relationship as early as possible to get off to a good start. Prenatal visits of any type, telehealth, office, or home are great way for you and your family to be best prepared and to avoid common mistakes. During these visits time is spent, identifying possible challenges, developing a plan and identifying ways to regulate milk supply. Gladys specializes in breast massage to minimize and relieve engorgement and providing support during the first week after delivery in your own environment, when it may be better and more convenient to remain at home. However, she looks forward to assisting you with any concerns you may encounter, at any time in your breastfeeding journey.
