    Keryn Wittenberg

    OTR/L

Keryn received her Bachelor’s from the University of Rochester, and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University. She has several years of pediatric experience, during which she particularly enjoyed helping mothers better understand and connect with their children. This led her to focus on women’s health and postpartum recovery. After having her first child, Keryn recognized the gap in health care for women transitioning into motherhood. For her, the journey to motherhood and improved self-care began early on during difficult pregnancies. She felt forced to focus on her own wellbeing, and recognized the value of prioritizing her own health in the months leading up to the postpartum period. Keryn is passionate about empowering pregnant and postpartum mothers to prioritize their physical, mental and emotional health. In addition, she is currently pursuing advanced training in perinatal mental health. Keryn has a 2.5 year old daughter, and is expecting her second child this winter.
