RN, BSN, IBCLC

Nicolle is a RN, IBCLC, La Leche League Leader and has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She is also a lead lactation specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

After completing theIBCLC Master Class for Oral Habilitation,she is trained in identifying infant structural dysfunction. Nicolle understands that feeding difficulties are not limited to issues with the mouth, but may stem from somewhere else in the body. She works with parents to develop a care plan involving tools, exercises, and referrals for additional assistance if needed.

She developed Metropolitan Breastfeeding's free classesPut Your Breast Step ForwardandCaregiver Boot Camp, and hosts an open Q&A session for anyone seeking lactation related help (Classes can be found under 'Services' on our website).
